Eating Real Food is a personal program based on eating food free of unneeded ingredients, chemicals and even organic additions, that do little to add to nutrition or flavor of food.

The ERF blog is a source of info and recipes that specify the conditions that may be affected by each snack or meal. As a person with arthritis I know that even though there are many health benefits to lean turkey, salmon and spinach, they are also high in purines and will cause pain in my joints.

The ERF program gives you info that helps you determine the best menu for yourself, keeping with flavors you love while healing and guarding you from unnecessary pain.
